Meet Kristen

Kristen Schurr is an editorial, marketing and brand leader with experience across Western agriculture, publishing, photography and digital media. Her background spans marketing, advertising, social media, email campaigns, commercial photography, creative direction and sales. With firsthand experience in ranching and cattle production, Kristen brings an authentic understanding of the Western and agricultural industries to the brands and stories she helps shape.

Outside of publishing, Kristen owns Kristen Schurr Photography, specializing in Western lifestyle, rodeo, editorial and commercial photography. When she’s not behind a camera or in the office, you can usually find her horseback, roping, traveling, appreciating a well-designed Airbnb, or watching a Hallmark movie. She splits her time between Ekalaka, Montana, and Wickenburg, Arizona.
